The 55th surah of the sacred Quran- Surah Rahman has 78 ayats. It was discovered in Mecca on Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) Hazrat Ali radiyallahu anhu described that he listened Allah’s Messenger sallallahu alaihe wasallam saying that, Ar-Rahman.(Baihaqi) is the embellishment of the Qur’aan.
