Alongside Tabata training, you can find 30-day workout plans focused on strengthening muscles on your whole body. Workout outside or inside without requiring any equipment.
If 30-day plans and Tabata are not enough. You can create your custom workouts
focused on any body part containing almost 150 exercises. During the creation of custom workout, you can set anything title, preparation time, rest time, cycles and many workouts.
During the creation of custom workouts, you can create your own HIIT(High-Intensity Interval Timer) with a combination of time and reps exercises. With repetitions set up to 999.
This Tabata timer also contains background workouts to allow you to train even when you don't interact directly with the application.
Another important feature is interaction with google calendar where you can easily save custom workouts and therefore plan training for yourself.
The application also includes data about your workout progress from which is calculated current level and gained experience. There is also an option to set weight and see over time in a graph if you are aiming for your goal.
Settings include many ways to adjust application including set default values for creating workout, set sounds or voice during a workout, and also sending feedback about your experience and suggestion for improvement.
This version of Tabata Timer Android App comes with one universal variant which will work on all the Android devices.
