Your technician is using SolarWinds® Take Control™ remote support software, and this Applet works with that solution to allow the technician to very securely connect directly to your machine.
How to use:
1) Download and then launch the application
3) Enter the PIN code given to you by your support technician
4) Allow your trusted support technician to connect to your device
