- For any training that you conduct, create a session on TalkChalk. Only trainers can create sessions on TalkChalk. Share the session with your trainees.
- Once you create the session, a discussion board automatically gets generated. Use this to share views/comments/updates with your trainees.
- Your trainees can rate you. With higher trainee engagement, you get a higher rating from them.

- With more trainees rating you, higher engagement with your trainees and a higher rating from your trainees, TalkChalk algorithms accord you a higher trainer score.
- You receive notifications relevant to you when a corporate posts a training on TalkChalk.
- You can express your interest, ie. bid for the training. The higher your trainer score, the more your chances of getting shortlisted for conducting the training.
- You get opportunities for discussions with the corporate to showcase your strengths and knowledge to snag the opportunity. Then, conduct the training on the scheduled date(s).
