The CMS system at www.tapwalk.com allows you to create and edit data about large events and venues - this mobile app presents that data to a user while at the event or venue.
The initial version contains only a small handful of venues. Stay tuned as more nearby malls, conventions, trade shows, airports, museums, universities, amusement parks, zoos, historical sites, etc come online.
