With this App, Tata Motors equips its dealer sales team with tools to enable smart sales by planning their day in a more productive manner. This is an App for the Tata Motors Customer Advisor “on the go”. Now you can update your sales leads and follow-ups from anywhere and anytime.

The customer advisor can perform the following –

• View and update activities planned for the day
• Update the status of an enquiry
• Synchronise activities with phone calendar

Ease of use has been one of the focus areas while designing the user interface. Data entry points are mostly drop down driven with minimal free text input. Real time data synchronization with CRM system saves the CA from the duplicate effort of updating the data.
