About TCCE Helper Android App
This application, developed by Firouzeh Mehran, Ph.D, helps to maintain motivation between sessions, and the dynamism of an educational and interactive therapy. Eight exercises inspired by behavioral, cognitive, emotional techniques and positive psychology allow to work on psychological distress. During the sessions, patients with their therapist can analyze the results of their exercises.
This application is not intended to replace the therapy.
