Using a single Teckro account, Teckro Connect directly connects research staff with experts. Study teams can assign medical monitors and other specialists to specific groups with research staff. No question goes unanswered. And research staff don’t need to worry about keeping track if a contact changes. They just initiate a message to the group to ask for help.
