Aplikasi Ternate Pintar merupakan aplikasi berbasis Android, yang bertujuan sebagai jembatan antara masyarakat dan Pemerintah Kota Ternate, sehingga masyarakat dapat berkomunikasi langsung dengan Pemerintah Kota Ternate atau pihak terkait yang memiliki kepentingan publik.


Aplikasi Ternate Pintar berusaha untuk mengontrol dan mengintegrasi semua sektor seperti Infrastruktur, ekonomi, penduduk, pemerintahan, mobilitas, lingkungan hidup dan lainnya, dengan fitur meliputi Keluhan yang dikhususkan bagi sarana pengaduan masyarakat, Informasi Wisata yang menggambarkan deskripsi dan lokasi tempat wisata, Infomasi Publik merupakan informasi terkait fasilitas publik meliputi Hotel, Rumah Makan, Perbankan, Instansi, dan lainnya serta Berita yang dimaksudkan untuk mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat berbagai agenda yang berlangsung di Kota Ternate.


Aplikasi Ternate Pintar merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mendukung penerapan Ternate Smart City, yang diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mengelola sumber daya yang ada dengan efisien dan memberikan informasi yang tepat kepada masyarakat atau lembaga dalam melakukan kegiatannya.Smart Ternate application is an application based on Android, which is intended as a bridge between the community and the government of Ternate, so that people can communicate directly with the government of Ternate or related parties are in the public interest.
