Tertulia's si occupa di promuovere gli artisti attraverso Vetrine online,attraverso l'utilizzo di magazine digitali, di social network nonché attraverso Concorsi Letterari o Artistici,Presentazioni, Recensioni ed eventi dedicati.

Il Presidente Emanuela Arlotta già fondatrice del noto Magazine Volodeisensi e Autrice delle pubblicazioni "La Sfera", "Dalla Parte dell'Anima" e "Piccole Fiabe per grandi Sognatori" ha voluto realizzare quest'applicazione per gli innumerevoli iscritti che partecipano con passione e frequenza tutte le attività di questa associazione attiva in Italia e all'estero.
