The App is not intended to unlock tethering on your device. Your device should have an option to activate tethering in the settings.
There might be devices which are not compatible for USB or Bluetooth tethering.
Sharing the Internet connection might result in higher costs and there might be additional costs for tethering, added by your cellphone provider.
