TEXT4SERVICE Mobile is the personal request monitor for the staff (runners/wait staff/fulfillment staff) of organizations using TEXT4SERVICE.
• Shows all customer requests for staff coming from their assigned sections/tables/areas.
• Requests and orders can be viewed and cleared from their phones without having to return to the main order status screen.
• Requests and orders change color as benchmark times elapse just like the TEXT4SERVICE Host application.
This app is ideal for managers to view requests from all their customers.
