About Thematic Maps Android App
This app aims to make creating, viewing and sharing maps easy. Based on a modular approach it is closely connected with other parts of the SDI4Apps project. You will be eventually able to collect data with your GPS, add photos or other media, visualize them and send ready to use maps to anyone you want, on mobile or desktop alike (and much more)!
Built as a part of INSPIRE4Youth pilot of SDI4Apps project, the app is a part of Thematic Environmental Map Atlas and should be used by:
– Schools and students.
– Public bodies – European, national and regional education and environmental authorities.
– Experts – Education and environmental experts, researchers & decision makers.
– Enterprises, Companies, NGOs and SMEs – targeting and working with young people.
– Citizens – young people.
The user is able to use modules like Geolocation, Layer manager or Map compositions to achieve the desired goal.
