Faham Shiddiqiyyah adalah faham Tasawuf, yang dimaksud faham tasawuf adalah faham kebersihan jiwa. Orang-orang Shiddiqiyyah adalah orang-orang Tasawuf, orang-orang yang selalu menjaga kebersihan jiwanya. Jiwa harus dijaga dan dibersihkan dari sifat-sifat yang kotor, tercela, tak terpuji, dan diisi dengan sifat-sifat suci, bersih, terpuji, sebagaimana perintah Rosululloh di dalam Hadits yang berbunyi, “Takholaku bi akhlakillah” artinya: “Berakhlaklah kamu dengan akhlaknya Alloh”
Dan jiwa yang suci, bersih, terpuji itu harus dihayati, diresapi sampai menjadi kenyataan di dalam pergaulan sehari-hari, dimasyarakat. Tanpa memiliki jiwa yang suci, bersih dan terpuji, tak mungkin kita bisa dekat, kenal dan taqwa kepada Alloh, biarpun Dzikrulloh kita kerjakan sebanyak-banyaknya, tersebut di dalam al Qur’an:

And the soul is pure, clean, commendable it should be lived, impregnated to become a reality in daily life, in the community. Without having a pure soul, a clean and commendable, it is impossible to be close, familiar and piety to Allah, even if Dzikrulloh we do as much as possible, those in the Qur'an:
