Photographs from the past are presented in a technically innovative way. Whether you are at home or walk through Innsbruck, Bolzano, Lienz or Brunico: the past comes to life on your smartphone.
Visit the Walther Square and the Talvera Bridge with the Victory Monument in Bolzano, the Maria-Theresien-Straße in Innsbruck, the Main Square and Johannes Square in Lienz as well as the Bastioni and the Cappuccini Square in Brunico.
“How did it look like in earlier times?” This mobile application offers historical city views of central squares in four cities in Tyrol and South Tyrol. This is presented via two features:
Panorama: Historic shots are built into current 360-degree pictures.
Timeline: Browse through various old photographs from the same perspective – just like a flip book.
Stroll through 180 years of the history of photography in Tyrol and South Tyrol. You will discover the local and regional history and development of these central historical places: carriages, market stalls, walkers, political demonstrations, parades, traffic jams and the return to the pedestrian zone.
