Wat is ToestelVeilig?

Indien u uw apparaat verliest of als het wordt gestolen, kunt u op afstand uw apparaat blokkeren, terugvinden, het alarm laten afgaan of uw gegevens die erop staan wissen. Met de antivirus- en webbrowser-beveiliging bent u online beveiligd tegen virussen, spyware, hackaanvallen en identiteitsdiefstal. Met KPN ToestelVeilig kunt u in alle rust surfen, veilig online winkelen. Bescherm uw kinderen tegen ongeschikte websites met ouderlijk toezicht, waarmee u hun online wereld kunt controleren. Eenvoudig te installeren en gebruiken, zonder dat uw apparaat trager wordt.
KPN ToestelVeilig blokkeert ook ongewenste oproepen en berichten en beveiligt u tegen schadelijke apps door weer te geven welke apps op uw apparaat een risico voor uw privacy vormen.

KPN Toestelveilig heeft voor de Antidiefstal functie toegang nodig tot apparaatbeheerdersrechten als u het apparaat op afstand wilt vinden, wissen en vergrendelen. Daarnaast vraagt ToestelVeilig toestemming voor het gebruik van Toegankelijkheidsservices. Deze services worden met name gebruikt voor Ouderlijk Toezicht. Hiermee kunnen ouders het gebruik van apps voor kinderen beperken en schadelijke webcontent blokkeren.

What is Device Safe?

KPN DeviceSafe also blocks unwanted calls and messages and protects you against malicious apps by showing which apps on your device pose a risk to your privacy.

KPN Device Safe has access to device administrator rights for the Anti-Theft function if you want to find, delete and lock the device remotely. In addition, ToestelVeilig requests permission for the use of Accessibility Services. These services are mainly used for Parental Control. This allows parents to limit the use of apps for children and block harmful web content.
