Tom has been working in the fitness industry since 1991 almost 30 years, he has worked and continues at the highest level of sports Performance in Ireland for over 15 years. He has trained world and national record holders in Power-lifting. National Athletic champions in High Jump and Sprints. He has work at highest level of GAA for 3 years with Galway Hurlers. He managed in the Airtricity first division and is currently Head of S&C at Sligo Rovers FC. During this time he has continued to train and develop his young athletes along with running workshops for coach education in relation to the youth athlete developing .
He has 3 key areas that he has developed with each set out with the individual and group in mind. These plans are geared to get you massive results.
Area 1 = ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE
