La aplicación trackandfit registra tu entrenamiento utilizando la antena GPS de tu teléfono móvil. Te proporciona información en tiempo real de tu rendimiento mediante información por voz y al acabar publica tus actividades directamente en facebook (debes primero configurar tu perfil en trackandfit.com).
Visualiza tus recorridos y el resumen de tus entrenamientos, con detalle de laps, velocidad media, distancia recorrida y calorías consumidas.
Gracias a la conexión 3G, tus entrenamientos estarán disponibles directamente en www.trackandfit.com donde podrás comentarlos, compartirlos con amigos, y participar en rutas y carreras virtuales por todo el mundo.

Haz ejercicio con trackandfit y podrás:

• Disponer de tu información automáticamente en tu perfil de trackandfit.com, donde podrás analizar con detalle el progreso de tu entrenamiento con estadisticas de calorías, distancia y velocidad.
• Detalle de tus recorridos en google maps.
• Configura la información en velocidad o ritmo.
• Comentar tus entrenamientos, los entrenamientos de tus amigos y compartir tus actividades con ellos. Haz nuevos amigos y organiza excursiones, salidas, encuentros...
• Crea tus propias rutas y recorridos en tu ciudad.
• Participa en rutas y carreras virtuales por todo el mundo con tus amigos, con toda la comunidad de trackandfit o realizalos tu solo si prefieres, los entrenamientos que registres con la aplicación se utilizan para ir sumando las distancias que recorres si estas apuntad@.
• Consigue cualquier objetivo que te propongas siguiendo nuestros planes y recomendaciones de entrenamiento.
