best Captain Tsubasa New Kick Off Soccer Heroes team
Fortunately, the developers did something really good here, and decided to offer players a system very alike of the one from a few years ago.
Older fans of this show may already know what I'm talking about, but if you're not one of them I can sum it up as a soccer RPG;
each time a player gets the ball, he has a few choices of actions, such as passing it, dribbling or shooting at the goals.
These are not real-time options; instead, the field action completely stops until you've made your choices,
and it resumes once you've selected your next move. Now, this is very close to the system that formerly popularized this series' games,
and those players who knew those old games will certainly appreciate it, but there are some small tune-ups which,
instead of improving this game, make it worse. Now, every time two characters confront each other there's a small animation with them screaming something...
at first this is fun, enjoyable, cute, but it also becomes after just a few minutes of play time,
and you'll soon regret this addition, since it makes matches much longer but at the price of your personal fun.
All characters now have a maximum set of special points, meaning that they can't just go and use their special moves whenever they want.
This has both a strong a weak side; although you're no longer showered with constant special shots,
you can now throw all sorts of weak shots at your opponent and expect him to stop with some goalkeeper's special move.
Soon, such character will run out of his special points and you can easily score, winning matches by a lot more of 5-0,
no matter how powerful a team was originally expected to be. This is a bug that absolutely ruins the game,
since you can just go and defeat all teams by simply repeating this unfortunate shower of easy goals.
On a more unusual addition, I could mention items.
Tsubasa Soccer: Dream heroes team allows you to equip all your characters with stat-improving items, such as shoes, pendants,
accessories that grant a player some new moves, and so on. The basic idea is certainly there,
but unlike what happens in Inazuma Eleven items seem to be pretty much irrelevant here.
It's not like slightly raising your goalkeeper's stats will actually make him able to stop that powerful special shot,
or make a specific character a complete wall that's going to stop all of your opponent's moves!
Instead, items seem to have been included here "just 'cause"...
Let's go to the game Tsubasa Soccer: Dream heroes team...
