TT-Car is a messenger service to send and receive messages by the car license plate.
No login required (a phone number or e-mail) to use.
Try to use the TT-Car in situations such as:

- Leave a message for a cab (taxi) driver
If you want to make sure that the other driver has sent any message to me
Register your car license plate number and try your notification settings on.
When someone sends a message to you, it can be checked directly from the alert.
