This is a twicca plug-in used when mentioning your retweet before.
How to use:
1. Retweet a tweet usually.
2. Call this plug-in with the retweeted tweet. (not your tweet)
3. A post window which has “ > RT (URL of the retweeted tweet)” will be opened and then input your comment in front of “>”.
