FEATURES:
• Is one-on-one is too easy? In this multiplayer, you can challenge up to three competitors to play with you and try to beat your score.
• Statistics, like ‘words per minute’, typing accuracy etc. for every game are recorded, regardless of whether you win or lose. These statistics determine whether you get a position on the leader board or not. Were you at the bottom this month? Don’t worry; the leader board is refreshed every month, giving you the chance to redeem yourself.
• Think you are at a disadvantage as you are playing this game on your tablet? Worried about the fact that phone users have more experience at typing? Don’t be, because there are different leader boards for phone users and tablet users.
• There are three modes to play:
− Practice: Statistics aren’t recorded in this mode, giving you the chance to practice and improve your speed before competing with the others.
− Quick Play: Type Racer connects you to other players around the world.
− Play with Friends: Instead of playing with strangers, play with your friends in this mode to find out who has the fastest speed.
• Top 3 are chosen as the season winners and are awarded for their achievement. See if you have what it takes to be on the top. If you maintain your current position as one of the top 3, you get to live forever on our leader board.
• Gold, silver and bronze badges are awarded to the top three season winners. Success badges are also awarded for other personal achievements.
• Want to see how well you did as compared to last month? Your weekly average ‘words per minute’, typing habit and accuracy score is recorded in the statistics record mentioned above, to show your improvement index.
