Ubys is a free messaging application. 

Ubys uses either phone’s Internet connection or Wi-Fi, to receive or send VOICEMAIL MESSAGES or NOTICES OF LOST CALLS from your contacts, also when the mobile you are calling is turned off, unreachable or busy on another call.
In Ubys, all of the messages can be quickly and simply managed directly from the app. Voicemail messages can be listened even without signal or internet connection.
Ubys has been developed to provide a quick and simple way to manage the voicemail.
