· at ændre eller nulstille din UCC adgangskode
· at oprette en support-sag, hvis du ikke selv finder svaret på dit spørgsmål
· at kontakte UCC Basen på telefonen
· at få besked om evt. problemer med it-driften
For at kunne oprette en sag skal du være studerende ved Professionshøjskolen UCC. At UCC base you can help:
· Solve your IT problems using manuals and videos
· To change or reset your password UCC
· To create a support case if you do not find the answer to your question
· Contact UCC base of the phone
· To be notified of any. problems with IT operations
To create a case, you must be a student at UCC.
