About UCCW skin - black sense clock Android App
This is the black sense 5 clock found on HTC sense 5 (HTC one and butterfly s)
There are 3 clock versions in this app(read below)
First, you must have UCCW to use this! find it here

Directions:
>Download this app
>Download UCCW if you haven't already
>Open widgets (long press on home screen, open app drawer and navigate to widgets)
>select the UCCW 4x1 widget
>select HTC sense (red icon)(for traditional look with normal background)
>select HTC sense clear (red icon)(for transparent background)
Enjoy! and thats it

If you want to modify this clock, you have to download the attacked uzip file
instructions:
download this https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/82778378/HTC%205%20clock%20mod.uzip
open UCCW
click open>open uzip
navigate to were it was downloaded too (most likly downloads in the sd card)
open that and you should be able to modify it (hotspots, background ect)
