If you have an international (or local) exchange traded share portfolio and you want to be able to view how its value has changed over time (starting from when you start using this app) then Ultimate Portfolio can do that for you. In this sense it can be useful in real life applications.
Alternatively, if you want to simulate trading on one or more securities exchanges, this app allows you to create many portfolios, "buying" &"selling" shares and depositing and withdrawing "cash" as you would wish in a simulation. This app provides a simple graph of the value of your portfolio and how it has changed over time since it was created.
