Companies earn billions selling our attention to anyone who wanting to sell their products, services, ideas, and political candidates.
Overwhelmed by the never-ending flood of informational people suffer from depression, poor concentration, short attention span, Too-Much-Information (TMI) syndrome, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), etc. Some cave in, get confused, and give up their dreams, forget their true excitement, and live safe, unfulfilling lives because they were never allowed to be their true self.
UCP was created to give you back your power of focus. It is a tool to unblock frozen attention, release the energy trapped in past experiences and limiting beliefs. It is the simplest possible self awakening tool.

UCP stands for Universal Conscious Practice or Universal Consciousness Procedure.
If you seek increased awareness, then UCP is for you. It is based on of the knowledge of the human mind as discovered by Buddha and seekers of spiritual traditions throughout history.

It is recommended to practice UCP in a quiet, peaceful place, with no distractions, when you are well rested, nourished, and not under the influence of alcohol or mind altering substances.
Follow the instructions in the app before you start a UCP session. You can return to the instructions screen later by tapping Instructions from the left side menu.
Be fully sincere and honest with yourself while practicing UCP — this will dramatically increase the efficiency of the process. Treat the questions as an entry point to your inner journey, as a trigger than opens up your natural potential to harmonize and align your life.
IMPORTANT: Don't stop the session if you notice that a certain area is producing intense physical or emotional reactions! The reactions are a sign that the process is working. It is crucial to continue the session, as the questions themselves are designed to handle whatever feelings may arise in the process, such as confusion, sleepiness, negative emotions, misalignment of energy, etc.
Abandoning the practice at this stage can be detrimental because once an area or topic has been opened up, it must be handled to completion, otherwise the negative energy will remain suspended in your space.
You will find that yawning, rubbing your hands, head, and neck, as well as stretching and massaging your body will help restore physical and emotional balance, will help realign and recover life force energy blocked in past experiences and limiting beliefs.
Signs that you have arrived to session completion:
• you experience an intense 'aha!' moment
• you have a changed perspective or a realization on the topic you where working on
• you feel lighter, energized, and the colors in the room get brighter
Any of the signs above are good indicators that it's the right moment to end the session. Pick End Session from the session top right menu, and enjoy the rest of the day!
