Chase was just a clumsy kid from the city, until the almighty grand master of Tianshang saw a hidden potential in him. Years later in 2020, just when he thought everything was going well, the evil Mafia stormed his Dojo and killed the grand master, stealing all of his spirit power and using it to start an unstoppable crime wave across Angel City. Now, after learning ever so little– Chase must quickly harness all of his energy to avenge his master, and fix a city corrupted in chaos.
