Dr. Amir Faishol Fath MA menyelesaikan Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah di Pondok Pesantren Al-Amien, Madura.
Pendidikan S1 sampai S3 jurusan Tafsir Al Qur’an ia selesaikan di International Islamic University Islamabad, Pakistan (IIUI)
