About Utility Bill Calculator Android App
This app allows to calculate monthly Electricity and Water bill for Sri Lankan customers (Ceylon Electricity Board and Lanka Electricity Company (Private) Limited) according to the tariff issued by the Public Utility Commission of Sir Lanka (PUCSL) (as of 2016/09).
It supports for all tariff categories including retail, bulk, time of use (TOU) and net metering tariff categories, also recently introduced Net Accounting and Net Plus tariff categories.
Water bill is calculated as last tariff revision (as of 2016/09) of National Water Supply and Drainage Board of Sri Lanka.
