In cities where Utoda operates passengers use their smart phone app. to request a ride. When a nearby driver accepts your request, your app displays an estimated time of arrival for the driver headed to your place. Your passenger app notifies you when the driver is arriving.

Your app also provides information about your driver, such as name, car type and plate number. This information helps you to connect with your driver at your pickup location.

Use your app to enter your preferred destination anytime before or during the ride. It is very helpful to discuss the route with your driver prior to leaving the pickup location in order to avoid any confusion.


When you arrive at your destination and exit the car, your ride ends. Your payment is then calculated and charged to the preferred payment method provided.

After the trip is completed, both the driver as well as the passenger have the option to rate their experience. This option enables Utoda to maintain a high level of customer and driver satisfaction.
