About Utsav 2015 Android App
Utsav was conceived nearly three decades ago. It has been, and will remain a fest that caters to the youth, the spirit, the fun and the competition at a magnitude like none other.
The previous edition saw a crowd of 50,000 students and alumni from various colleges. The number has been steadily growing every year. So,there is only one place you need to be on April 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Every step carefully strategized and executed resulted in a grand spectacle that will be embraced by more than 50,000 students over three days. The 28th edition promises to be larger, louder and loonier than before. With the earsplitting crowds and off beat events, you cannot miss this bus. There is only one place you have to be. UTSAV 2015.
