IMPORTANT UPDATE: From June 30 2021, the VacciDate app will no longer be supported. Please note that Queensland Health does not store any of your information; all data is saved on your device only. Therefore, once the app is uninstalled the data will be deleted. Please make sure that you have noted down your information to keep track of your vaccinations.

VacciDate is a tool that helps track your child’s vaccination schedule, to keep you up to date and on time.

With VacciDate, you can manage your child’s vaccination schedule in Queensland for children up to 4 years of age. The VacciDate app will remind you when your child’s vaccinations are due. You can add appointments and track your child’s vaccination progress helping you give them the best protection against vaccine preventable diseases.

For the best experience, please ensure you are running the latest version of Android/iOS on your device.

VacciDate allows you to:

• Create a profile for each family member up to 4 years of age.
• Enter appointment dates for vaccinations
• Set reminders for one month, one week, one day or one hour before the next vaccination is due or next appointment is scheduled
• Keep a record (on your device) of vaccinations received/completed for each child.

VacciDate exports appointment information to your personal calendar and provides access to the Vaccination Matters website containing further information about vaccinations. VacciDate does not store nor have access to your entries and data and it also does not sync to any medical records.

Data Privacy Policy
Queensland Health is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of your personal data. VacciDate app does not provide an option to create an account and save your details online therefore, we do not store nor have access to your entries and data. All your data is stored locally on your device only and all calculations for vaccination dates are done on your device as well. When the VacciDate application is uninstalled, your local data will be deleted from the device.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Policy at any time. Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. You should check this page from time to time and take note of any changes.
