About Vachana Foundation Android App
The organisation was founded on the belief that quality education is the undeniable right of every child and that children should not be deprived of this just because they do not have access to it or the resources to realize their dreams.
In 2018, Vachana Foundation started its Library and Study Centers specially in rural area and remote villages. It is Vachana Foundations belief that a Library or a Study center for independent reading will foster positive reading habits and attitudes, in addition to giving students ready access to a wide variety of texts and electric power backups. Towards this end, we set up a network of libraries and study centers in Villages and communities to encourage and sustain a reading habit among children. This is also a key part of our strategy of improving learning outcomes among children in rural areas.
The Study center with a Library is an Vachana Foundations innovation which was started in 2018 to address the deficits in villages and to build the essential, foundation tool of reading for children.
