With VCab, traveling around the city has got easier and quicker. VCab makes booking cabs super easy and that too with just a few clicks. If you are tired of commuting in a bus or auto or even driving by yourself or just want to roam around the city, VCab will take you to anyplace and at anytime you want to go. You just have to register yourself, request a ride and you are good to go.
You can even track your cab, get the ride and driver details and easily pay through either cash or card. Choose from the three types of cabs i.e. Sedan, SUV, and Hatchback and book your ride on a flat rate (based on km and minutes traveled) or base fare prices (fixed prices). If there is a location where you travel to frequently, you can also add that location to Home or Work address.
Getting onboard is super easy – see how it works:
- Open the app and enter your phone number
- After you enter your phone number you will receive an OTP
- Enter the OTP and you will be further asked to enter your personal info
- After you fill in your personal info you are all set to book a cab

Seems easy enough? Yes! Well booking a cab is also easy.

-Enter your location in “Destination Location”,
You will see number of cabs near your location displayed on the map.
Choose the type of cab you want to book and tap on send request.
The next step is to choose the payment method (Card/Cash).
Once the driver accepts your request you will get the driver (name, picture) & vehicle details as well as ETA minutes.
You will get a notification of cab’s arrival time or you can also track the cab’s arrival on the map.
You will be notified with a beep and message when your cab arrives on your added location.
After you reach your destination, you can rate the driver and impart feedback so that we can enhance the VCab experience for you.

For further customer convenience, VCab has integrated a card scanning system where you just have to scan your credit/debit card and you can easily make the payment (just like you normally enter your card details). The user can also check their past and upcoming trip details by clicking on “Your Trips”. If the user gets stuck while using the application, they can always click on “Want Help” and get the required help in using the VCab application.
