With the experience gain over the years, I understand what is service to my client. When I decided to join the real estate industry, a lot of my friends, ex-colleagues, and even ex-boss commented that this is too risky for me as my 2 daughters, age 14 and 12 years old, are still young. Also from drawing a fixed monthly salary to an unsure income status. Most of them persuade me to start off as part-time with a see-how mentality. However, I believe that in life, one has to be focus and committed to do well in anything/everything. But why real estate industry? Simple reason being that everyone in any parts of the world need a roof over their head. On top of that, everyone has a dream home and wish they could fulfil it one day.
