You can use the free version of E-MotionWay Video Surveillance fully functional, the only limitations are due to the number of displayed intrusions (1 Day and Max 5 intrusions) and disabled remote settings.

The software is divided into two parts, the first to be installed on a Windows computer with Framework 4.5 and the other on an Android smartphone;

After the configuration of the two devices (PC and Smartphone), the computer will be able to connect to a USB or IP camera and send any intrusion to your smartphone via notifications and photos of 'intruder.
The rescue intrusion is executed both locally and online, and the transfer is carried out via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).

The software is the first version, which is why we do not ask a purchase price real but only a reimbursement of expenses to enable us to continue to implement and achieve higher levels of accuracy. We tested the desktop software on two notebooks, a core I5 with 8gb of ram and an I3 core with 2GB, in both cases we did not find any problems.
