Six family members and friends have the VideoYou-app on their mobile to send a video at any time to one of the 6 personal channels on the VideoYou tablet at grandpa’s. Grandpa or grandma can watch the videos at any time. And send a video back at the touch of a button. The sender will receive an automatic message if no video has been sent for 24 hours. And if Grandpa or grandma has seen the video.
VideoYou remotely ensures that the tablet always works properly, has the correct updates & security and we can even take over the tablet to deal with any problems in real time. Easy for family & friends, very nice for grandpa or grandma and not burdensome for any care providers.
