Bug fix
This application is intended to help visually challenged / blind individuals. This works by using Mobile phones back facing camera with automatic focusing ability. Application converts mobile back facing cameras focal length to horizontal distance and vibrates when object proximity is detected. This also means applications reliability depends on mobile phones cameras focusing accuracy. It will not vibrate when object is very close
i.e less than cameras minimum focusable distance. This way you can also stop vibration temporary by blocking camera by hand. At this instance application is not able to make difference between object that is left side / right side or straight and face detection. In near future i hope with improvement in camera technology we can have these features also. This application has no controls. It can be opened using voice command to google assistant which is standard in all Android phones. Starting and closing of application is acknowledged by series of vibration. It works with display screen off as well. However it is suggested to have a battery backup since camera and vibrator usage can accelerate battery consumption. Any suggestion to improve this application will be always welcome.
Suggested usage: User can keep mobile phone in shirt pocket with back facing camera sticking out of pocket pointing straight as much as possible.
Please Note: This application is not intended to be replacement for any prescribed or other standard aid for visually impaired . This application does not record/ store any media.
