Le Conseil régional du Tourisme est une association dotée de la personnalité morale, d’une autonomie financière et d’une gestion commune état-privé. Le CRT a été institué par l’accord cadre 2001-2010 signé sous la présidence effective de Sa Majesté Le Roi Mohamed VI le 29 octobre 2001 à Agadir. La création de cet organisme a pour objectif la restructuration des groupements régionaux d’intérêts touristiques (GRIT). A l’article 57, création d’instances mixtes au niveau National et Régional, il est stipulé pour organiser la concertation public-privé, assurer une planification rigoureuse, garantir une exécution coordonnée de la nouvelle politique touristique.Tourism Regional Council is an association with legal personality, financial autonomy and a common state-private management.
