About VMCP Android App
This Android-based mobile application, used in conjunction with a Visa-provided Utility card, is intended to provide Visa contact and contactless acquiring clients, merchants, systems integrator, and vendors with a convenient, alternative method to confirming that their acceptance devices can accept Visa Chip cards during the device development, deployment, and update stages of the program.
Please be aware that, effective 16 July 2022, Visa Mobile Card Personalizer (VMCP) app can no longer be used when performing any new L3 testing; however, it can still be used for host system testing.
