About VMS 24x7 Android App
VMS 24x7, is a secure and effective Visitor Management System to get your visitors registered to your premises or event. In today’s fast-paced world, processes are getting digitised. Hence, it is basic practice to collect data digitally. At venues or public premises, a visiting guest is welcomed by the Visitor Management System before s/he can access the areas inside. The visitor checks-in by feeding in their required details on the application of VMS.
The app captures the photo of the visitor and sometimes, as per requirement, the photo of his/her ID is also captured prior to taking other information, as to the visitor's name, and contact details. The visitor is also asked to choose the person or event he is visiting. A QR code is then generated which also helps the visitor to check-out of the venue.
