It is a training App. To be used by Vodafone employees and retailers only. It is designed to achieve clarity and to ensure that standard agreed procedures are only followed. This App. Will be used on Android phones initially for training purposes for various processes related to Pre-paid, post- paid, data, Mpesa, tagging , HSW etc. and will act as a guide to ensure that every one follows standard procedures only. The training tools used in this App. are texts, videos, links, quiz and images. Downloading of this App. Is restricted to Vodafone employees and retailers and will be authorised thru one time registration process on listed phones only. Training modules are provided for each sub category as well e.g. for pre- paid these could be Chota Credit, balance transfer, DND,MNP, PUK, sim exchange, Network and Vodafone flash etc. This App. has a facility to provide feedback and / or write comments by the users.
