About "VOGADORS" COAC Android App
The application that you have in your hands constitutes a digital guide of Catalan and Balearic architecture. A collection of 151 works and projects are included in the 'contextos' section of the Catalan and Balearic architecture exhibition, officially taking place in the Eventi Collaterali de la Biennale de Venecia of 2012.
The complete exhibition, entitled "Architectural Rowers: Catalan & Balearic Threads: Hard Materiality for a Permeable Architecture" comprises 9 works, 20 histories and 151 testimonials of context that argue a mindset of making architecture responsive to the traditions, a sense of craft, proximity and needs, that connect the local and international contemporary discourse, in line with the following: "architecture for life", permanent characteristics of the Mediterranean culture.
At the 'catàleg oficial de l’exposició' you can visit the 9 architectural works, which star in the exhibition.
