The required privileges in this app are
Permissions: android.permission.MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS, android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED

It needs the MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS permission to change your volume between vibrate, silent and loud.
It needs the RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED permission to reset your alarms if the phone ever goes off.
