VOX91 est une application de dialogue entre le Conseil départemental de l’Essonne et ses administrés au service d’une démocratie locale plus directe et plus participative.

Budget, Transports et routes, Culture et sports, Solidarité, Jeunesse, Collèges, Économie, Tourisme... autant de thématiques sur lesquelles chacun peut désormais faire ses propositions au département ou poster des débats qui sont soumis aux votes de la communauté des utilisateurs.

Canal d’information vers les administrés, VOX91 permet aussi à ceux-ci de réagir sur les informations ou projets partagés avec eux par le département.
Enfin chacun peut utiliser VOX91 pour entrer en contact avec le Président du Conseil départemental, moins pour régler des problèmes individuels , que pour apporter sa réflexion, sa réaction aux initiatives du département, ses interrogations, ou tout simplement sa contribution de citoyen responsable et soucieux de l’intérêt général.
