About VRT SmartParking Android App
EV drivers at VRT can stop guessing if it will be possible to charge their car during the day or looking through their office window if a EV spot is free
Parking spots reserved for Electrical vehicles at VRT are equipped with in-ground sensors detecting the presence of the vehicle.
The application shows the availability of those EV spots in realtime. Drivers of electrical vehicles know if a parking space is available for them at VRT to charge their car.
If all parking spots are occupied EV drivers can decide to be notified when a parking space becomes free.
The application includes:
- realtime availability of EV parking spaces
- parking session timer
- waiting list system with notifications of available parking spots
- extra parking time can be offered to driver in case of sufficient availability
