About WalktoKarbala Android App
WalktoKarbala under the auspices of Ayatullah Bashir Hussain al-Najafi provides a complete guide to all the users planning to walk from Najaf to Karbala for the Fortieth (Arbaeen) of Imam Hussain [as].
The app covers the following 4 areas:
1) Map: Provides users with location of Western washrooms, Guest Houses by different countries, notable Medical centers, Check Points and Lost and Found Centers.
2) Trip Planner (not launched yet): Allows you to plan your journey from Najaf to Karbala based on the number of days you wish to walk and number of breaks you plan to take.
3) Walking Guidelines: Provides all the necessary tips you need to know during the journey.
4) Stream: Share and updates moments from the walk with your friends on social media and other fellow walkers.
