It all starts to increase public interest in Mars. A few years before the event, astronomers have registered on the surface of Mars, a strong flash. The protagonist visits an observatory and observing celestial bodies approaching from Mars. Next, many observers note in England drop of heavenly bodies on the surface of the Earth, which most take for meteorites ...
