Users need to use the Policy number to sign in for bill summary service and SMS notification service.
Through this application, customers can better manage their water usage on a smart phone, including balance check or bill payment, electronic water bill and SMS reminder service application. In addition, by clicking the news function, customers can obtain the latest information of Macao Water, water quality testing reports and project notices. More importantly, the mobile app is equipped with a new breakthrough function – incident report. Residents can report any cases of pip burst, water leakage or illegal water use via this platform to Macao Water, upload photos and videos for more detailed information, and even detect the location of the incident by using the built-in global positioning system.
